The refrigerant used in the mixed-refrigerant (MR) screw compressor is primarily composed of a blend of five components: nitrogen, methane, ethylene, propane, isobutane, and isopentane. Based on the specific process requirements and the composition of the mixed refrigerant, we provide high-quality, specially formulated lubricating oil to prevent lubricant from entering the low-temperature refrigeration system and blocking the heat exchanger channels, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the cryogenic equipment.
This lubricant is formulated specifically for applications where virtually no solubility or dilution is permitted when in contact with hydrocarbon liquids or gases. This lubricant exhibits exceptional resistance to dilution by hydrocarbon gases and is specially designed for use in highly concentrated hydrocarbon gas applications in mixed-refrigerant screw compressors.
